We found yet another false sexual harassment claim by 6Time Financial Felon Sharon Logan. (Add it to the pile of Logan’s other false accusations, aka Bandini Mountain.)

Turns out that in December, 1999, while Logan was on probation for ID Theft against her ex (MVA022916), while she was committing felony embezzlement from SCS Personnel in San Bernardino County (FWV021176), and three months before she would be criminally charged with grand theft, fraud, and embezzlement from Hanover Commercial Services and Labor Ready (RIF109008) for stealing at least $160,000 by falsifying time sheets, Logan accused her victim’s vice president of sexually harassing her.

Logan filed a small claims case (see below) claiming Hanover didn’t give her her last paycheck– after they allegedly fired her because she made a “SEXUAL HARASMENT (sic)” claim, rather than firing her for stealing the $160,000 for which she would eventually be convicted. (Hanover also filed a civil suit for $250,000, and got a judgment, which Logan never paid and is currently trying to discharge in bankruptcy.)

Nothing ever came of the small claims case. Logan eventually went to prison for her theft from the company, and was also sentenced to prison in a separate case for embezzling $14,320 from SCS Personnel around the same time.

Less than two years prior, Logan had been criminally prosecuted for making a false rape report against her child’s father, the now-deceased James Hecox (we posted about this previously). She also made at least three domestic violence reports against him, for which charges were all dropped, and he got a three-year restraining order against her in 1997 (27709, San Bernardino County). Logan was convicted of ID theft against him in March 1999.

Logan, through a lawyer, also threatened a sexual harassment lawsuit in 1997 against her ex-husband’s boss, the late Ray Gross, and although her ex’s divorce trial brief lists the case number SCV42633, we can find no such lawsuit either with that number, or by doing a name search on Gross or Logan/Hecox. That same year, the ex’s pastor was also granted a restraining order against Logan (RIC301954). Logan, through the same lawyer, threatened a lawsuit against that pastor for allegedly molesting her and Hecox’s 5-year-old, but there’s no record of any lawsuit.

If only Logan had quit grifting, harassing, and lying after those first two prison sentences, this would be old news by now.
