Oh, the irony. We just found this December, 2021 scold from the 6Time Financial Felon Sharon Logan wringing her hands about how fellow convicted grifter/nonprofit-donation-seeker Luke Westerman probably wouldn’t be able to pay his criminal restitution bill to his victims, and possibly paid for private attorneys with his ill-gotten gains.
At the time she posted this, 6Time owed — and still owes — close to $200,000 in criminal restitution to several of her own financial crime victims in her various embezzlement and theft cases (6 felonies, 9 financial crimes in total.) Counting interest, she owes more than $500,000, and it’s not dischargeable in her ongoing Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
And Logan herself somehow managed to pay thousands for private attorneys, and weekends-only jail, for her most recent two financial felony convictions in 2017. (Four days after we made the Facebook post below, Logan filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy.)
(Note: We later found out Logan paid for county jail, not city jail. OC does have its own weekend jail program.)
Logan stole from two employers by falsifying payroll. She still owes more than $8,000 in restitution to those two companies, and since finishing her jail term in 2018 (during which her paychecks were garnished for restitution), hasn’t paid a penny, according to the two victims. She’s not paying any of her other restitution bills either.
Worse, unlike Westerman with his meager house-cleaning paycheck, when Logan posted this she was earning $6k a month in an office manager job for a law firm (a job she got by extensive falsification of her resume). Yet, she was still paying nothing to her theft victims. (She’s gone from that job.)
And it gets better. When we posted on August 23 about 6Time’s unpaid restitution, private attorneys, and weekend jail, a couple of her buddies trolled the post saying it was none of our business, since she didn’t steal from us personally. And that we must just be jealous. And ugly.
Because otherwise, why would anyone be concerned about a habitual thief and embezzler asking the public for donations?
Then 6Time even showed up personally (in the comments) to accuse us of being Dr. SB, the San Diego dog rescuer that Logan has some weird grudge against. (Logan was clearly using “Kat Pratt’s” account for the post. Logan’s run-on writing style is distinctive, and obviously different from the other Pratt comments.) We removed the libelous part. (Note that Dr. SB has no criminal record or pending charges; Logan’s accusation of swindling is merely based on the fact that Dr. SB’s nonprofit sunk a lot of money into the Steffen-Baldwin-headed Acton, CA rescue effort, which was lost when Baldwin was arrested and extradited to Ohio for charges of killing and cruelty to animals, and related financial malfeasance, in that state.)
Logan, naturally, disclosed none of her similar crimes and misbehaviors to the many reporters she commented to regarding Westerman and his buddy Baldwin, who, as noted previously, is facing extensive criminal charges in Ohio for animal abuse and related grift. 6Time has no connection to either case except her interest as an activist and publicity hound for her own nonprofit, Paw Protectors.
As we recently noted, Baldwin’s criminal trial is set for January 12, 2023. With that in mind, we were looking around for background information, in light of Logan’s expressed theory that Baldwin’s bad acts were somehow the result of victimization by the San Diegan rescue maven Dr. SB.
Given that some of Baldwin’s alleged Ohio crimes go back to 2012, that he was nationally famous on his own for many years, and Dr. SB didn’t start her California rescue effort with Baldwin until 2018, Logan’s theory is looking pretty wacky. And we already knew she was strangely obsessed with Dr. SB.
But if anyone has any supporting evidence, we’re happy to listen.
