We found yet another instance of the 6Time Financial Felon lying to police and the court to get a beleaguered ex in trouble.
That ex, Salvador S, hired a private investigator to fight back against the grifter’s false claims of abuse and harassment. He managed to defeat a restraining order and avoid criminal charges with the PI’s testimony.
In April, 2002, the private investigator caught Sharon Logan admitting to the ex that she falsely accused him because she was hurt he lied about another girlfriend, according to the PI’s sworn declaration in the restraining order case, Logan v. S., SBFSS64632, in San Bernardino County.
At the time, Logan was recently out of prison for her first two financial felony cases. And Logan would soon commit two more financial felonies by taking money by False Pretenses from Todd Breker in Riverside County. Logan was arrested on June 3, 2002, in that case, RIF109008. (In 2003, she was sentenced to two years for each felony, but allowed to serve the sentences concurrently.)
Salvador S tricked Logan into confessing in front of the PI by meeting her in a donut shop, according to the declaration. The PI sat nearby and overheard their conversation.
Salvador hired the PI to help prevent criminal charges against him after Logan called 911 to accuse him of abusing and threatening her. The then-2Time-Financial-Felon had also gotten the court to grant a restraining order against him — at a hearing he wasn’t at, and for which he claimed he’d never been served with notice, despite Logan’s claim to the court.
With the PI’s declaration, Salvador S’s attorney was able to get the restraining order thrown out. And it doesn’t appear the DA ever filed a criminal case against him based on Logan’s claims. (We did a name search in San Bernardino and Riverside counties.)
Unbeknownst to Salvador S, Logan had been prosecuted in 1998 for making a false rape claim against her ex-husband, James Hecox. She’d also had Hecox, her child’s father, arrested three times on false domestic violence charges. Hecox got a 3-year restraining order against her in 1997, and the pastor at his church got a permanent one against Logan that same year.
In 2012, the Orange County court would grant another Logan ex, Alex R, a restraining order against Logan that stayed in effect until 2021. Logan tried to get him arrested, and tried to get her own restraining order against him. It didn’t work.
It’s yet more evidence that when 6Time doesn’t get her way, there’s no limit to what she’ll do for revenge. Frankly, we’re impressed anyone is willing to talk to us about her. For the brave victims out there, our email and DMs remain open.
